Our school Panchsheel Balak Inter College has a modern Computer Science/ICT Lab. The technology age has made its way into our class rooms as well. It’s the time where students relate more to computers and laptops than to text books. Our school has more than 40 computers with LAN connectivity under its roof. The computer laboratories furnish all requisite modern computer peripherals like printers, scanners, audio-visual equipments and projectors which aid the computer education. All branded computers have software programs such as MS-Office, and Adobe Photoshop along with programming Language python, Java, C, C++, Mysql Server and similar more.

Our school is well known for imparting quality education especially in Science stream. The credit for this fame goes to the availability of sophisticated, well equipped science labs including Chemistry lab. It is located in the ground floor of the senior wing of the school. It is quite spacious, well ventilated and has good light arrangement. The apparatuses and chemicals are available in abundance for smooth conduction of experiments. Occasionally, expert scholars are invited to demonstrate the latest concepts of the subject. It has helped in developing scientific approach among students.

Panchsheel Balak Inter College has a modern Experimental Physics Laboratory. Physics laboratory is a place where experiments of Physics are carried out. As we know physics is that branch of science where experimentation is an integral part of the core subject. Almost in every educational institution these physics laboratories are found. Nonetheless the sophistication of the educational laboratory varies from institute to institute. With myriad physics Lab equipments manufacturers available around the globe equipping a laboratory is no more a Herculean task.

PURPOSE OR THE IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICS LABORATORY: Physics lab aids a student in establishing the relevance of the theory. It brings clarity in the mind of the students regarding the basic concept of the subject. Students understand the difference between theory and application. Physics laboratory helps a student in improvising their approach towards the subject.

The Biology Lab of PBIC is equipped with array of instruments and charts for effective teaching and conveying various topics to students.

Our Bio Lab is also preserved with large number of specimens of plants and animals for students observation and scientific projects which make the lab a hub of innovative activities.

Microscopes, slides, test tubes, petri dishes, forceps, probes and scalpels, beakers, flasks, burners, dyes and other indicators are all available in PBIC Bio Lab to make it’s students learn more than just scientific concepts.

Geography lab plays a pivotal role in enriching geographical base of a student- a necessary part of learning that exposes students to full spectrum of disciplinary subfields- physical, human and nature-society geography as well as geographical techniques. The lab is well equipped with a series of maps, and variety of survey equipment’s like tracing table, thermometers, barometer, magnetic compass, electric globe, anemometer, wind wane, standard time indicator and wet and dry bulb thermometers. Field trips are organized for the students to study the natural occupancy of various facts and inform about physical changes

With the help of Global positioning system and Geographic information system. Geography Lab specializes in the development of qualitative and quantitative research skills in School.

The language laboratory is very useful for assessing students’ speech. It provides students with the technical tools to get the best samples of pronunciation of the language. The electronic devices used in the laboratory will stimulate the eyes and ears of the learner to acquire the language quickly and easily. The laboratory’s collection is designed to assist learners in the acquisition and maintenance of oral comprehension, oral and written proficiency. Hence, the language laboratory has become the need of the hour in any language learning process for communication.

The school has a well-equipped and well-designed General Science Laboratory. It follows all the safety measures. Effective teaching and learning of science involves seeing, handling, and manipulating real objects and materials. Students develop interest in scientific research in science labs. They can retain the

Knowledge for longer when they see the experiments being performed in front of their eyes. Science lab equipment allows students to interact directly with the data gathered. They get a first-hand learning experience by performing various experiments on their own. It helps them to build a scientific frame of mind and provides opportunity for hands on activity for the young scientists.

ATAL Tinkering Lab in PBIC is envisaged to be a playground to play and learn Science beyond school textbooks, through application based self learning to foster solutions to day to day problems and challenges to community at large.

Here PBIC students get a chance to work with tools and equipments to understand the concept of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).

ATAL in PBIC contains educational and learning “Do it Yourself ” kits and equipments on Science, Electronics, Robotics, Open Source Micro controller Boards, Sensors, 3D printers and computers.

Maths Lab is all about learning, verifying and visualizing mathematical concepts in a ‘fun’ way through educational aids, interactive tools, manipulative, computer interface and guidance from teachers. It inspires out of the box thinking and provides an opportunity to explore the valuable knowledge with classmates.

We feel that we can contribute to this process by changing the way we teach in class. One needs to get away from conception that mathematics is mere collection of rules for operations like addition, subtraction and an array of formula. Rather it should be seen as a way of thinking, modeling and reasoning of what is real.

We Provide best international levels Coach for Coaching and Sports equipment with the minimum level of coaching fee with equipment maintenance charges. Our School provides platform like, Inter-Class, Inter – House, Inter-School, C. B. S. E. Clusters, State /District with National levels of competition to show their talent and to compete and to learn about ups and downs by wins and loses in the Competition.

At the Music Lab we provide a nurturing environment for children to engage in the finest performing arts education. The lab has musical instrument like Keyboard, Guitar, Violin, Tabla, Dholak, Kanjari, Kango, Digital Tanpura. We are committed to give the students the tools they need to study and perform, as well as the confidence and inspiration to pursue whatever music they find inspiring ultimately making them calm, composed and in sync with their spiritual self.

Drawing makes children more expressive. Children can’t always express themselves using words and actions, so drawing is another important form of communication. You can gain an insight into your child’s thoughts and feelings through their drawings. Being able to express what they feel also boosts a child’s emotional intelligence.

Drawing develops your kid’s problem solving skills when drawing, a child is faced with multiple decisions-whether it’s ‘what colour should I use here?’ or ‘How do I draw an animal and connect one part of its body to another?’ All these questions require them to solve problems. They embrace creativity and confidence. Giving your child the freedom to draw means that they can create anything they want. What they draw allows you to see what’s going on in their mind and also lets them grow in their uniqueness and originality.
